Lighting All Blue Lanterns Zelda

Theres another similar location that involves those unlit lanterns and a blue flame.

Stuff like this is why I generally end up prolonging the main quest. As for lighting all the lanterns in Hateno. Youll needs lots of rupees and ancient gear to craft anything.
