If you want to avoid using bleach you can only dye your hair blonde if it is at least a lighter shade of brown. When I mean without bleaching I mean without having to bleach your hair first and then having to dye your hair a brown colour. Rinse the hair with filtered and deionized water.
To Colour Remove the Dark 5535 Colour out and transform into a low maintenance contoured style. If your hair doesnt meet these requirements the dye will either not work at all or it will not lighten your hair all the way to blonde.
